Yg gratis ada yg berbayar ada. Setup mudah. Cuma template respon wa diverifikasi manual by fb...kudu sabar bagian ini. Tp lumayan sih biaya sekali setup nya k klien saya krn msh jarang jg layanan setup wa Blass atau wa booking notif.

kemarin coba2 si tetap bayar
free kalau chat dimulai oleh user, kalau kita yang mulai tetap kena biaya

kemarin saya coba-coba dengan Test Account, walaupun user yang chat duluan, lalu saya balas dengan Utility Template, ataupun balas dengan kata-kata bebas, tetap saja Billable => 1

Jadi mana nih Customer Service Window-nya? Kok sepertinya ngga ada, padahal usernya duluan lho yang chat.
