mungkin hanya jam2x tertentu aja ketika isp yang anda gunakan sedang peak. coba lagi dehh akses ketika malam hari atau pagi hari
 
saya coba sekarang juga tetap susah :D

kalo speed inet cukup untuk streaming video, jadi seharusnya ngga masalah. saya udah coba di FF sama Chrome terbaru. Saya juga pake speedy

coba paste hasil traceroutenya dong

kalau streaming video, biasanya kuat di cachenya, terutama youtube

Mungkin problem anda ada di download YUI (Yahoo! User Interface Library)? yang saat ini terpaksa dialihkan ke server Yahoo karena bawaan asli vB ada lubang security.

BTW, memang sementara ini DWH hosted di server softlayer Singapore, bukan di USA.
