Orang eropa ga ada kaitannya sama DMCA, biasanya mereka memperlakukan DMCA sama kayaq masalah peraturan biasa tentang copyright/hak cipta/dsb.

Sering dpt komplain DMCA, berhubung teknisinya gk terlalu ngerti bahasa inggris, aman2 saja
Bukan cm linking, malahan hosting filenya..

Klo ingin d lokasi DE, coba Tuan pasang reverse proxy, secara datacenter tanggapannya beda klo nerima DMCA tp d IP bersangkutan cm redirect
