musti cek mysql error log nya pak itu. di /var/log/mysql...
atau open tiket ke cpanel untuk dibantu

coba dicek storage space nya masih ndak om.. dulu pernah bingung kyk gitu ternyata cuma gara2 hdd nya full kebanyakan log yg blm di rotate..
