[Help] Clear Virus dengan AVG di centos

Mohon bantuannya cara clear virus yang terdetek dengan antivirus avg seperti dibawah ini...

Wah saya belum pernah menggunakan avg untuk antivirus di linux centos om, biasa menggunakan Linux Maldetect untuk otomatis scan dan quarantine, dellete, clear kalau ada malware terdetect.
